Ecosystem Mapping aka Actors & Projects

The goal of "Ecosystem mapping" was mapping of ICT projects in Europe, including H2020 projects, which include an element of Responsible Research and Innovation (RRI) in their project activities. The scope of the exercise included collating, clarifying, curating and publishing in a systematized way information about responsible ICT research and innovation projects, actors, activities and initiatives.

Responsible Research and Innovation & GDPR

GDPR, or General Data Protection Regulation, "lays down rules relating tothe protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and rules relating to the free movement of personal data. This Regulation protects fundamental rights and freedoms of natural persons and in particular their right to the protection of personal data." The GDPR legislation came into force in the European Union on 25 May 2018.
